Note: The button below will present a Google login screen to access the nomination form. If you don’t have a Google Account, or Just don’t want to use Google and you still wish to nominate a neighbor’s home, please send a email to pat100shea@gmail.com. include the home address .
📜 Official Contest Rules
Only Cabernet Homeowner may participate.
Board of directors and Sunshine Committee member may not be included in the choices for prizes.
Nomination open the week before the voting and end the midnight before the Ballot is published.
Only one nomination per household
You cannot nominate your own home
Ballot will be open from October 27-31.
Only one vote per household
Winners will be determined by the number of votes received.
In case of a tie, the Sunshine Committee will make the decision of which home to declare the winner
A link to the ballot will be available on this webpage and on Facebook
Flyer on the community cluster mailboxes will have a QR code to allow direct access from Cell phones to the ballot so any member of the community can participate
